About CREEW
Center of Research for Environment, Energy and Water (CREEW) is a leading non-profit research organization established in 2008, dedicated to advancing research, policy dialogue, capacity development, and innovation in environment, energy, and water resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and vision for the organization
- Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and programs
- Lead research and innovation initiatives including project/proposal development
- Strengthen partnerships with government, academia, private sector, and international organizations
- Mobilize resources and manage donor relations
- Oversee financial management, administration, and human resources
- Ensure high-quality outputs, publications, and policy engagement
- Represent CREEW at national, regional, and international forums
- Maintain compliance with relevant Government institutions and policies
Qualifications
- PhD (preferred) or Master's in Environment, Water Resources, Climate Change, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Leadership experience in research institutions, universities, NGOs, or international organizations
- Strong track record of research, publications, and project management
- Experience in policy engagement, stakeholder coordination, and fundraising
